We build products people trust with their data every day — this page is us holding ourselves to the same standard.
The short version
This is a marketing website, not a web application — it has no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics. We only receive your personal information if you choose to contact us directly, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you share — typically your name, contact details, and information about your project or enquiry.
- No cookies or tracking. This site does not set cookies, run analytics scripts, or use advertising pixels.
- No forms. Every contact action on this site opens your own email client, phone dialer, or WhatsApp — nothing is submitted to us through the website itself.
- Standard server logs. Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and performance. We don't use this to identify individual visitors.
How we use it
We use what you send us solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and — if we start working together — to deliver our services. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We don't share your information with third parties, except the channel you contact us through (WhatsApp/Meta, your email provider) which necessarily handles your message under its own privacy policy, or where required by law.
Where it's processed
Billora is based in India, and information you send us is processed there. If you contact us from outside India, your information will be transferred to and handled in India.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project correspondence only as long as it's useful to the relationship, or reasonably needed for our business records, then delete or anonymise it.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time — email support@billora.co.in. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date above.
